21 Day Meditation Challenge

Just wanted to remind you…

A few weeks ago we talked a little about meditation and the joy I’ve been finding in dedicating myself to it as a regular practice.  Catch up on what meditation is for me, and why I’ve chosen to start practicing it {here.}

Since getting into a habit (or working on it, but sometimes failing) I have been extremely excited for Oprah and Deepak’s 21 day Meditation Series! (I talk a little more about it here.) They do these a few times a year and generally teach on the concept of the power of attraction.

I got started on it a day late , but they run each meditation for five days, so I was still able to jump in. If you were interested in joining this series then you still have a few days to catch Day 1, otherwise you can always hop in mid-series and still be able to follow.

    I started this meditation challenge a couple of days ago. I’m hoping to do it every day and start making meditation a consistent practice.

      That’s awesome! Keeping meditation as a regular habit is definitely challenging but has proven totally worth it to me! If you are looking for a good starter after this challenge is over I highly recommend headspace.com! It’s a great place to get a good base on HOW to meditate. The teachings there are incredible and completely applicable. It changed my world when it came to meditation!
